What is the Cheese Knife? How does it compare to other knives?
Rada’s Cheese Knife is an innovative tool that easily cuts through all kinds of cheese—soft or hard—thanks to our specially serrated blade. Cuts summer sausage, pepperoni, and other meat too, making your next meat & cheese tray or charcuterie board a cinch to throw together. Other special Cheese Knife features include:
- Cutouts in the blade to help reduce resistance;
- A ridge that gently separates the cheese as it’s sliced;
- A forked end to assist in serving;
- Angled handle to provide extra leverage.

What handle styles are available?
This knife has two handle options. The silver handle is made from permanently cast silver brushed aluminum and has a satin finish. The black handle is constructed from black stainless steel resin. Both fit beautifully into any kitchen décor.

Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery. Hand washing prevents microscopic dings on a knife blade’s cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher’s high temperatures and abrasive detergents that will negatively affect its handle, and ultimately extends the life of the knife.
While Rada’s black handle knives and utensils are more dishwasher tolerant than the silver handles, hand washing is still recommended.
